Cash payments at Lancaster Lodge may only be paid on arrival and must be accompanied with Photo ID a copy of which will be taken. We do not accept notes higher than Eur100. If you have Eur200 or Eur500 notes you can present a credit card to preauthorise and you will be directed to the closest bank to change into smaller notes.

Please note that 1 day before arrival ( or immediately if the arrival date for the booking is within 24 hrs) we will pre-authorise for the 1st-night charge for each room booked, on the credit card used to make your booking.
Cash payments are not accepted for same day bookings. Credit card only payments for same day bookings.

If you wish for us to use that pre-authorisation towards payment, please request this on check-in and you must present the same card at Reception and we will be happy to facilitate. What was the highlight of Lancaster Lodge
Everything was as I'd expect, no quibbles. All very professional.
Hotel is well situated and has free parking in the grounds, a definite bonus. Our room was as expected although we booked a double there was also a single bed in the room. Breakfast available until 10.00 a.m. which we appreciated after arriving late the previous evening. Wide variety of food and drink on offer and cooked breakfasts made to order. The breakfast staff were helpful and worked hard, it was busy each morning while we were there but we didn't feel rushed. Lounge was well set out into small intimate areas.
The only negative is that the room was too warm and the duvet was very warm/heavy as well.

Great central location with free on-site parking
Less than 10 minutes walk to Cork City centre. Free onsite parking. Clean, comfortable spacious room, nicely decorated throughout the hotel. Great selection of breakfast, very tasty. Staff very friendly, efficient and thoughtful. As we were checking out we were offered bottles of chilled water for our journey. Great idea.
Our room was a little too warm. We tried opening the window for some fresh air, but it kept closing in the breeze. We were only there for one night so it didn't matter too much, but if we were there for longer we would have gotten someone to turn the heating down or to see if there was a way to keep the window open

Great stay,highly recommend it!
The blonde lady at check-in and checkout(sorry I could not read the name tag or place the accent) was very helpful,courteous and professional
Can't really fault anything really,maybe that the lever on the entry and exit of the car park was very slow.
